1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a timely and friendly manner.
2. Use knowledge of fragrance products to help customers find the perfect scent for their needs and preferences.
3. Maintain a well-stocked, organized and visually appealing fragrance department.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing up sales and handling returns and exchanges.
5. Communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Stay up-to-date on new fragrance products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
8. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
10. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure products are always available for customers.
11. Keep work area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
12. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
13. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
