1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's fragrance department in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding their perfect scent by providing expert knowledge and recommendations.
3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and suggest suitable fragrances accordingly.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or concerns, addressing any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all fragrances and their features, as well as any promotional offers or discounts.
6. Keep the fragrance department clean and organized, including shelves, displays, and testers.
7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling fragrances to customers.
8. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing sales revenue.
9. Actively listen to customer feedback and relay any trends or patterns to management.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure the fragrance department is properly stocked and replenished.
11. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay updated on new fragrances and industry trends.
12. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Macy's brand.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Fragrance Department Manager.
