3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
4. Educate customers on the various fragrances and brands available and make recommendations based on their preferences.
5. Assist the fragrance sales team in meeting and exceeding sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
