1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the fragrance department, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for shopping.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge, and addressing any questions or concerns.
3. Actively promote and sell fragrances by educating customers on the features, benefits, and differences between various products.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and new fragrances, including their scents, ingredients, and packaging, to accurately answer customer inquiries.
5. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and upsell products to customers.
6. Assist with maintaining a visually appealing and organized fragrance department, including restocking products, arranging displays, and keeping shelves and counters clean.
7. Collaborate with the fragrance department team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
9. Keep track of inventory levels and assist with receiving and restocking new products.
10. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate them to customers.
11. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product trends, and sales strategies.
12. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the fragrance department.
