The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to help customers find the perfect fragrance for them. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who is able to remain composed in a busy retail environment.The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least two years of retail sales experience. Familiarity with fragrance and beauty products is preferred. The Retail Fragrances Sales Support Associate must be a motivated individual with a positive attitude and an ability to work well in a team setting. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect fragrance for their needs.
2. Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service.
3. Ensure all fragrance displays are well stocked and organized.
4. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer transactions.
5. Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary.
6. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and constructive ideas.
7. Adhere to all policies and procedures established by Macy's.
8. Remain up-to-date on product information, promotions, and sales initiatives.
9. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to create a positive atmosphere.
