Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers, providing product knowledge and assistance with product selection.
2. Maintain an organized and clean work area.
3. Assist customers in locating desired fragrances and completing their purchase.
4. Ensure accurate product display and labeling.
5. Stay up to date with product knowledge and pricing information.
6. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves and displays as needed.
7. Process customer transactions and enter data into the point of sale system.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
9. Follow store policies and procedures.
10. Assist with merchandising and promotional activities.
