5. Process sales transactions and accept payments in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
7. Maintain a neat and organized work environment at all times.
8. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
9. Assist in the training of new staff members.
10. Remain up-to-date on current sales and promotions.
11. Monitor customer behavior and identify potential theft.
