Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
2. Maintain product knowledge of fragrances and provide product recommendations to customers.
3. Assist customers with their purchases, including ringing up items, processing payments, and answering questions.
4. Ensure the Fragrances Department is well-stocked and organized.
5. Assist with promotional activities and in-store events.
6. Provide support to the Fragrances Department Manager and other team members.
7. Follow store procedures and policies for safety and loss prevention.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
9. Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
10. Monitor sales and restock shelves as needed.
