1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's fragrance department with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending the best fragrance options.
3. Develop a strong knowledge of all fragrances sold in the department and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
4. Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the fragrance department, including restocking and arranging products.
5. Proactively approach customers and initiate conversations to promote products and drive sales.
6. Assist customers with sampling and trying different fragrances, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals set by management.
9. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming fragrance trends and promotions.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.
11. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate to management as needed.
12. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
13. Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
