1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate fragrances.
3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of fragrances and their ingredients, as well as the ability to describe scents and their effects on individuals.
4. Assist customers in finding the perfect fragrance that aligns with their personal style and preferences.
5. Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell fragrances.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including fragrance displays and tester stations.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
8. Stay up-to-date on all Macy's fragrances and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
11. Attend and participate in department meetings, training sessions, and other company events.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
14. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
15. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, representing the Macy's brand and values at all times.
