4. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell a wide range of fragrances to meet or exceed sales goals.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
6. Stay up-to-date on current trends in the fragrance industry and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies.
7. Keep the fragrance department clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store sales goals.
10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
11. Take initiative to learn about new fragrance launches and promotions and effectively communicate this information to customers.
12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory control, and cash handling.
14. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining proper stock levels on the sales floor.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals.
