- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect fragrance for their needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell fragrances by utilizing product knowledge and effectively communicating the benefits of different scents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the fragrance industry to better serve customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Previous Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Will Demonstrate The Ability To Meet Sales Goals And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Fragrances: A Deep Understanding Of Fragrances, Including Different Types, Scents, And Brands, Is Essential For A Retail Fragrances Sales Associate. This Will Allow Them To Provide Accurate And Personalized Recommendations To Customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Interact With Customers, Answer Their Questions, And Provide Product Information In A Clear And Professional Manner.
