Retail Fitting Room and Floor Support Associate

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in the fitting rooms, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
2. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor by restocking merchandise, folding and arranging items, and keeping all areas tidy and presentable.
3. Monitor fitting rooms to ensure they are stocked with necessary items, such as hangers and size markers, and promptly clean and prepare rooms for new customers.
4. Offer product knowledge and styling advice to customers as needed, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
5. Actively listen to and address customer concerns, and escalate any issues to management as needed.
6. Support the sales team by retrieving and restocking merchandise, ringing up sales, and providing backup assistance during busy periods.
7. Familiarize yourself with store layout, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest ideas for process improvement.
9. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and employees.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals set by the store.
11. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide the best possible service to customers.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to improve skills and knowledge and stay informed of any changes or updates to company policies.
13. Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
