3. Provide personalized styling recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized fitting room area, ensuring all items are properly returned and tagged.
5. Monitor fitting room occupancy and assist in managing wait times during busy periods.
6. Act as a liaison between customers and sales associates, communicating any issues or concerns.
7. Provide additional support on the sales floor, including restocking merchandise and maintaining visual presentation standards.
8. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge, and share this information with customers.
9. Proactively communicate with management regarding any stock or inventory issues.
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
