1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
2. Assist customers in the fitting room area by providing exceptional customer service, offering size suggestions and styling tips, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fitting room area, including restocking and organizing merchandise and keeping the area free of clutter.
4. Act as a fashion expert, staying up-to-date on current trends and styles, and using this knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect outfit.
5. Provide support to the sales floor team by restocking merchandise, folding and organizing clothing, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
6. Proactively engage with customers throughout the store, offering assistance and answering any questions they may have.
7. Utilize strong multitasking skills to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, safety, and cash handling.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the store.
11. Attend training sessions and stay informed on all company and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
12. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and unity within the store.
13. Maintain a professional appearance at all times, representing the Macy's brand and image to customers.
14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the store.
