  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and build a rapport to understand their shopping needs.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to accurately assist customers with their purchases.
  5. Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the customer's shopping experience by offering additional products or services.
  6. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the store.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to develop and improve customer service skills.
  13. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store management team.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Macy's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  15. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the store management team.
