  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and tidying displays.
  6. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Promote and upsell Macy's credit and loyalty programs to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
