  1. Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival to the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
  3. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by maintaining a neat and organized store environment.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized shopping experiences.
  5. Promote Macy's brand and products by staying knowledgeable about current fashion trends and merchandise.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other payment methods.
  7. Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  8. Assist in visual merchandising and restocking of merchandise to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked store.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador by adhering to Macy's core values and representing the company in a positive light.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide support for other departments as needed.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products, policies, and procedures.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
