  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Macy's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and make appropriate recommendations.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  5. Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
  7. Strive to resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer's shopping experience, such as suggesting add-on items or offering alternative products.
