- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers in the store
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Utilize knowledge of retail operations to assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Keep up-to-date with current promotions and sales to effectively communicate them to customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Attend training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
