  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assist customers in finding products and providing accurate information about merchandise
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise
  6. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any potential customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
  9. Utilize selling skills to recommend and upsell products to customers
  10. Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the overall customer experience
  11. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management for further action
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
