  1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon entering the store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of store merchandise, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  5. Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and visually appealing.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
