  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and assisting them in finding the right products.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
  4. Offer product recommendations and provide detailed information to customers about features, benefits, and pricing.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  6. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping shelves and racks neat.
  7. Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products to provide valuable insights to customers.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and cash handling.
  11. Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  12. Continuously seek to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
