  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and making customers feel valued and appreciated.
  4. Assist customers with finding products, making recommendations, and answering any questions they may have.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and events to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay informed on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer service.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Macy's brand with pride.
  13. Participate in store events and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications

As A Retail Customer Experience Associate, You Must Be Able To Thrive In This Type Of Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently While Still Providing Excellent Service To Customers.
