  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, finding products, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their shopping needs.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and using the store's POS system.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays visually appealing.
  8. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
  9. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on store policies and procedures.
  10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and professionalism.
