As a Retail Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Macy's with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Macy's products and services, including current promotions and sales.
  4. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper signage and displays.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Macy's point-of-sale system.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
