  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the appropriate point of sale system.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided.
  8. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and company policies.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.

  11. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product information to customers.
