  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their shopping experience.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and responding to customers' needs and concerns.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Macy's products and services, and use this knowledge to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to their needs.
  5. Assist with check-out and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Keep the store neat, clean, and well-organized to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  9. Actively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, services, and promotions to customers.
  10. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on Macy's products, services, and policies.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by taking customer feedback and suggestions into consideration.
  12. Adhere to Macy's customer service and safety standards at all times.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during challenging situations.
  14. Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices and company policies.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
