  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment for customers.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Macy's by upholding company values and promoting a positive image.

  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and effectively communicate product information to customers.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Retail Customer Experience Associate Must Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide Them With A Positive Shopping Experience.
