2. Demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of various beauty products and brands carried by Macy's.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
5. Stay up to date on current beauty trends and new product launches to effectively educate customers and drive sales.
