As an integral part of the Macy's Beauty Department, you will be a key contributor to our store's success. You will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service, while having the opportunity to work with some of the best makeup and skincare products in the industry.The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for beauty and makeup. Previous retail sales experience in cosmetics and beauty-related products is preferred. Our Beauty Advisor must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the best products for their needs
3. Answer questions about product features and benefits
4. Provide makeup application and skincare advice
5. Educate customers on current trends and techniques
6. Build customer loyalty by proactively engaging with customers
7. Achieve sales goals and objectives
8. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
9. Assist in the upkeep of the cosmetics and beauty department, including restocking shelving, displays, and other areas
10. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
