We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Retail Cosmetics Sales Beauty Advisor to join the Macy's team! In this role, you will be a brand ambassador, responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers with their cosmetics and beauty needs. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers • Listen to customers’ needs and suggest appropriate beauty products • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on beauty products and trends • Assist customers with questions and inquiries • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to customers • Keep up with stock levels and replenish shelves when necessary • Follow all safety and security protocols • Assist in overall store maintenance and upkeep • Assist customers in finding and selecting the right product • Educate customers on the benefits of different beauty products • Ensure all customers leave the store with a positive experience • Promote sales and loyalty programs to customers • Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery
