  3. Utilize excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively selling products and services.
  5. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  6. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
  9. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best customer service.
  11. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve overall store goals.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and grow personal sales performance.
  14. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and trainings.
  15. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience and sales processes.
