As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our products.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Macy's customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Macy's products to customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
  4. Continuously stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions to effectively promote and sell merchandise.
  5. Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and make product recommendations to meet those needs.
  6. Complete all necessary sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  8. Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
  9. Remain knowledgeable about current and upcoming sales events and promotions to effectively drive sales.
  10. Consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
  11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the Macy's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  14. Meet and maintain all commission-based performance metrics and standards set by the company.
  15. Assist in the maintenance of inventory and participate in regular stock checks and restocking efforts.
  16. Take initiative to identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  17. Stay informed about industry trends and competition to effectively promote and position Macy's products in the market.
  18. Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professional appearance in accordance with Macy's standards.
  19. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving sales and customer service.
  20. Perform any other duties assigned by store management to support the overall success of the sales team.
