Retail Commission Sales Associate

Macy’s is looking for an experienced and driven Retail Commission Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn, willing to take initiative, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.To be eligible for this role, you must have at least one year of retail sales experience and the ability to work flexible hours. A basic understanding of retail math, inventory management, and merchandising principles is also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing merchandise.
2. Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
4. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
7. Assist in unloading and stocking merchandise.
8. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
9. Utilize retail math and inventory management principles to ensure accurate stock replenishment and pricing.
10. Train new sales associates on retail policies and procedures.
