Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service • Work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions • Utilize technology to manage customer information • Follow store policy and procedures for sales transactions • Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly store environment • Assist in developing and executing plans to drive sales and increase customer loyalty • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers • Work with team members to ensure each customer has a positive shopping experience • Assist in merchandising, stocking, and restocking the store • Ensure compliance with company and safety regulations
