Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner • Demonstrate product knowledge and use persuasive sales techniques to drive sales and meet customer needs • Maintain a neat and organized store appearance • Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide suggestions as needed • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service • Process payments, refunds and exchanges and accurately maintain store records • Adhere to store policies and procedures • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices • Assist in stockroom organization and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Stand for long periods of time and lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs. • Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
