1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with a positive first impression of Macy's and our clothing brands.
2. Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic representative of our top-selling clothing brands, sharing information and promoting the latest trends and styles to customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, utilizing excellent customer service skills to provide a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate and make recommendations to customers.
5. Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
6. Assist with merchandising and visual presentation of the clothing brands, ensuring they are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the fitting rooms and sales floor.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
9. Attend and participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
10. Serve as a brand advocate, representing Macy's and our clothing brands in a positive and professional manner at all times.
