
Principal, Warranty Program Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive warranty program for Macy's, ensuring all products are covered and customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Lead the planning and execution of the warranty program, including setting goals, creating timelines, and managing resources.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to continuously improve the warranty program and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and sales, to ensure the warranty program is aligned with overall business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor warranty programs to make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the warranty program.
- Train and educate staff on the warranty program to ensure consistent and accurate communication to customers.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve any issues related to the warranty program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with warranty providers and negotiate contracts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the warranty program.
