Responsibilities:

  1. Lead complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives, from planning and executing to completion.
  2. Develop and execute strategies that align with our customer-centric mission.
  3. Analyze technology trends and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.
  5. Monitor the progress of projects and initiatives and adjust as needed.
  6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  7. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  8. Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  10. Monitor and evaluate technology performance and recommend improvements.
