- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Lead a team of content strategists and creators to produce high-quality and engaging content across various digital channels, including social media, email, website, and mobile.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and creative, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital content strategy to continuously improve and evolve our approach.
- Analyze data and insights to measure the effectiveness of digital content and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Ensure all digital content is aligned with brand standards, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to identify and execute co-branded content opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and tools that can enhance our digital content strategy and make recommendations for implementation.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent Macy's in public speaking engagements and industry events related to digital content strategy.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Digital Content Strategies For Large Retail Companies.
Strong Understanding Of Current Digital Marketing And E-Commerce Trends, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Seo.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Content Campaigns That Increase Brand Awareness And Drive Sales.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field, With 8+ Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
