This individual will be an experienced leader, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies that drive performance and engagement.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a communications and/or marketing role. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and website optimization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated communications and audience strategy that will drive performance and engagement across all digital channels
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals
- Manage and optimize website content for optimal engagement
- Monitor performance and trends of all digital channels
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
- Oversee the design and development of digital campaigns, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the overall strategy
- Develop and implement tactics to reach and engage targeted audiences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all communications are consistent and cohesive
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and partners
- Manage budget and resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
