Power Equipment Operator

1. Operate power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to safely and efficiently transport merchandise throughout the store.
2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating power equipment.
3. Inspect and maintain power equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
4. Load and unload merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles.
5. Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking and recording merchandise movement.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to designated locations.
7. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to report any equipment malfunctions or issues.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with any questions or concerns.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
11. Meet productivity goals and targets set by management.
12. Attend training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols and equipment operation techniques.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
14. Participate in team meetings and contribute to finding solutions for improving efficiency and productivity.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
