Power Equipment Operator

1. Operate power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers using power equipment.
3. Move and stack merchandise and materials within the distribution center according to company standards and procedures.
4. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or operational issues to management.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing debris and maintaining clear aisles for safe operation.
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.
7. Communicate with team members and management regarding any issues or delays in operations.
8. Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company.
9. Assist in inventory control by accurately counting and tracking merchandise.
10. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with other team members and customers.
14. Report any accidents or incidents immediately to management.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
