We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Personal Stylist to join the Macy’s team and help our customers look and feel their best! As a Personal Stylist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, styling customers, and making sure our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience. 6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and the Macy's product line.
7. Ensure store displays are properly organized and kept tidy.
8. Assist customers with returns and exchanges.
9. Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
10. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
