  10. Maintaining a high level of customer service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  12. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Communicating and collaborating with upper management to provide updates on store operations and performance.
  14. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail operations.
  15. Leading by example and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Operations Management Role.
