1. Assist the Merchandising team in executing product strategies to meet sales and profit goals.
2. Ensure all merchandise is accurately and efficiently received, processed, and stocked on the sales floor.
3. Collaborate with the Merchandising team to create visually appealing displays and product presentations.
4. Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory levels, sales data, and customer feedback.
5. Assist with the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
6. Help identify and resolve any inventory or product issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
7. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Continuously monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make recommendations for product assortment and pricing.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
10. Stay up-to-date on current fashion and retail trends to make informed decisions on merchandise selection and presentation.
11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to support company initiatives and goals.
14. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
