2. Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring that products are neatly organized and easy for customers to find.
3. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock situations to management in a timely manner.
4. Assist in the execution of visual merchandising displays and store layouts, ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backstock and storage areas.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow throughout the store.
7. Handle and process returns and exchanges, ensuring that all products are returned to their proper location and inventory is accurately updated.
8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your fellow team members.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have.
10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures to effectively assist customers and accurately handle merchandise.
11. Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed productivity and efficiency goals set by management.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Macy's brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
