1. Receive and process merchandise from deliveries, transfers, and returns.
2. Ensure accurate and timely sorting, labeling, and stocking of merchandise.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including back room and sales floor.
4. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move and transport merchandise.
5. Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
6. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and requests.
7. Maintain knowledge of store layout and merchandise locations to assist with customer inquiries.
8. Adhere to safety procedures and protocols while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers as needed.
11. Contribute to the overall success and profitability of the store by ensuring efficient operations.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to merchandise handling and safety.
13. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
14. Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
