Marketplace Operations Associate

Macy's is looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketplace Operations Associate to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of the online marketplace, including product listing, order processing, and customer service

• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues with professionalism and a customer-centric attitude

• Monitor marketplace pricing and update as needed

• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

• Monitor marketplace analytics and identify patterns and trends

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and engagement

• Research and develop best practices for marketplace operations

• Provide regular reporting on marketplace performance and customer feedback

• Assist with the development of new marketplace products and services
